The words on your channel. Changes are on the air within about a minute — no
redeploy, nobody to call.
Name and tagline
Channel radio
The audio mixed into the channel itself — what a screen set to “channel
radio” hears. Paste a stream address (Shoutcast, Icecast, any MP3 or AAC
stream). Leave it blank for silence. Changing it restarts the encoder: expect a few
seconds of black on every screen, once.
Marquee messages
These scroll along the bottom of the picture between the county conditions, in a
random order — including during ads and the county forecast — and one of
them fills the promo slide in the break rotation. A slide can carry its own photo.
Add as many as you like; switch one off to keep it without airing it.

Cameras on the Channel
Choose which of your cameras appear on the channel. Turning one off takes it out of the
rotation immediately; nothing else changes about the camera.

Advertisers
The businesses whose ads run on the channel. The category you pick decides where their ad
can appear — a chiropractor’s ad will never run in another chiropractor’s
waiting room.

Ads
Upload a video, a photo, or a web page — all three work. We convert whatever you send
into the format the channel plays, so an advertiser never has to supply video.

Venues
The businesses with a screen on the wall. Telling us what kind of business each one is keeps
their competitors’ ads off their screen automatically.
Screens
Every TV playing the channel. A screen shows a 6-character code when it is first switched
on — enter it here to link it to a venue. Works for both the browser player and the
HyperDrive Sign app (Roku and friends). Each screen can play the channel radio, its own
stream, or nothing; the sign picks the change up within a minute.

Reports
These count ads that actually played — the screen was on, connected,
and playing. An ad we scheduled but could not deliver is not counted as a play; it shows up
under screen uptime instead.
Screen uptime
A venue with breaks scheduled but nothing delivered has a dark screen. You sell them
their internet, so that may be a service call.

means you need more advertisers.
